workout to-do list.
finally made my check list of workouts to do no more than 2 hours all together, about 5-6 days a week, some days twice a day. high intensity and quick paced no breaks, or atleast some 30 second ones. with stretches in between, before and after. some mornings i’ll just start it with a good run and end my day with this workout. this means so much more calories to consume, all in a healthy lifestyle manner. treating my body the way it’s supposed to be treated. no pain = no gain.
